Sticks for massaging the eye area.
1. PRESS POINTS AROUND THE EYES
Start at the inner corner of the eyes. Press lightly and pause a little. Move along the eyebrow to the temple, gently pressing on the points located
at an equal distance from each other. At the temples, press a little harder and pause a little. Continue to apply light pressure to the points under the eye along the eye socket to the inner corner. Repeat 3-5 times.
2. SMOOTHING MOVEMENTS
Again, start at the inner corner of both eyes. Press lightly. Perform smoothing movements towards the temples above the eyebrows.
Pause at the temples and press lightly. Perform smoothing movements under the eyes along the eye socket towards the inner corner of the eyes. Repeat 3-5 times.
3. CIRCULAR MOVEMENTS ON THE LOWER EYELID
Place the massage sticks on the inner corner of the eyes and apply light pressure. Perform small circular movements under the eyes along the eye socket to the outer corner. Repeat 3-5 times.
4. SMOOTHING THE LOWER EYELID
Go back to the point on the inner corner of the eyes and press lightly. Perform light smoothing sliding movements along the eye socket towards the temples. Repeat 3-5 times.
5. SMOOTHING OF THE LOWER EYELID IN THREE LINES
Repeat step 4, going a little lower each time so that the last (third) smoothing stroke ends on the cheek. Complete each movement with light even pressure. Repeat 3-5 times.
6. SMOOTHING THE EYEBROWS
Press lightly on the point at the base of the eyebrows. Perform a smoothing motion on the eyebrows towards the temples. Pause at the temples and press lightly. Repeat 3-5 times.
7. CIRCULAR MOVEMENTS ON THE LOWER EYELID
Repeat step 3, perform synchronous circular movements on the lower eyelid. Repeat 3-5 times.
8. ROTATIONS PARALLEL TO THE NOSE
Place the massage sticks on the skin and roll along three lines parallel to the nose. Repeat 3-5 times.
9. ROTATIONS OVER THE EYEBROW
Place the massage sticks with a metal head on the base of the eyebrows and rotate them towards the temple. Repeat 3-5 times.
10. DIAGONAL ROTS
Place the massage sticks on the skin under the eyes close to the nose and roll diagonally outward in three lines. Pause and apply light pressure at the end of each movement. Repeat 3-5 times.
11. EYEBROW PRESSURE POINTS
Move the massage sticks to a point on the inner corner of the eyes and apply pressure. Moving over the eyebrows towards the temples, gently press on the points located at an equal distance from each other. Repeat 3-5 times.
